As the Power Searching with Google unit comes to an end I have learned many useful skills. In the very beginning I learned that Google will suggest other things to me based on what I have recently searched for. I also learned SERP (Search Engine Results Page). By class 4 I was learning how to find facts faster. I could use this to find out the time in another country, the weather, the conversions, and even movie showings. At the end of the course I learned how to use Google books to, how to separate searches by time period, and how to color filter Google images. Everything that I have learned in this course I can apply to real life. I can find credible answers faster which will be helpful for research projects and homework, I can separate searches by date which can be extremely helpful especially for history and I can also use Google books for English class. Power Searching with Google has helped me a lot and will help through the course my entire life.
